Notes: Tortilla Shack opened in January 2025 as a locally owned, build-your-own burrito joint in the heart of Santa Cruz. Their made-to-order tortillas inspired the wobbly “O” in the logo—a nod to their fresh, hands-on approach. We added bold, colorful murals and wayfinding signs to help guests feel welcomed and keep the good vibes (and burritos) flowing.
